Building performance · Retrofit · EPC advice

Clear assessments that support successful retrofits.

Independent retrofit assessments for housing providers, retrofit coordinators and landlords across Essex. Much of my work supports Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund projects and Housing Associations that want a local assessor who is thorough on site and works respectfully in people’s homes.

What I do

Retrofit assessments done properly.

I carry out PAS 2035 retrofit assessments and Whole House Assessments, mainly for funded schemes including the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. The focus is on producing clear, high-quality evidence that coordinators and housing providers can rely on.

What you can expect

  • Detailed floorplans and accurate condition reports
  • 360 imagery and elevated roof photos
  • Thermal images where they add value
  • Anemometer testing of extractors
  • Respectful communication with residents throughout

I also complete post-works EPCs when required.
